On 30th March, accompanied by  Director General Xu Xiaochun with the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau, Mr Zhu Yongxin, Deputy Secretary-General of CPPCC and DPP Vice Chairman paid an official visit to Anqing Foreign Language School's east campus to carry out research on 'Deepening the reform of streamline administration, institute decentralization and optimizing services to stimulate the vitality of micro-subjects'. Anqing Foreign Language School's President Madam Huang Wenli, Vice Principals Liu Bing, Yan Hongping and other members of the school leadership team participated in the reception and exchange.
At 8.30 A.M. Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin arrived at Anqing Foreign Language School. There was luxuriant vegetation all over the east campus, which indicated a furious spring. The officials strolled in the opera culture street to feel the brilliant and profound excellent traditional Chinese culture. In addition, Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin visited the silk flower workshop and wire art studio of the gymnasium to appreciate the works of students. Afterwards, at the school history museum, President Madam Huang Wenli introduced to Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin in details the development history and development status of Anqing Foreign Language School. Then, Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin inquired about Anqing Foreign Language School's educational management and spoke highly of the reading education activities such as the school-based curriculum, the mobile library and the corridor book bar. Also, he greatly affirmed Anqing Foreign Language School's creative study and application of policies as well as her development as a non-state-run school.
After leaving the gymnasium, Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin and other officials passed the teaching buildings of the Junior and Senior High Departments and came to the youth development base, which was not only the garden where the school actively promoted quality-oriented education, but also the highlight of the campus culture construction. More noticeably, Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin highly affirmed the positive role and far-reaching significance of the youth development base for students' growth.
On the way to the International Department, Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin showed great interest in a few celebrity posters on the exterior wall of the school canteen and took pictures to commemorate. Later on, at the foreign teachers' office, Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin communicated in fluent English with the foreign teachers friendly, praised the diversified school-running model, approved the theory on school management and hoped Anqing Foreign Language School would perfectly combine the new educational concept with the campus culture.
Before leaving, Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin held Madam President Huang Wenli's hand and wished the beautiful Anqing Foreign Language School a better future. He also took a photo with the school leaders. This visit is the first time for Vice Chairman Zhu Yongxin to come to Anqing Foreign Language School. His enthusiasm, encouragement and concern will surely inject new strength into the development of Anqing Foreign Language School.
